Kendra & Jordan

Kendra and Jordan met in Grand Rapids. They were both out with friends when Jordan’s brother walked over and introduced the two. Jordan got Kendra’s phones number and from there they started dating. They actually attended the same high school, but they did not hangout with the same friends at the time

Kendra knew she loved Jordan when they were camping in upper Michigan. They sat under the Milky Way and talked about their futures. Kendra knew that Jordan was the one because he liked doing all the adventures she liked, he was family oriented and he made her laugh. Jordan knew he loved Kendra after all the adventures they had been on together and seeing her with his family. Kendra and Jordan are looking forward to watching each other grow and having a family together.

The Proposal

Jordan surprised Kendra with their engagement by having her sisters take her for a walk at Millennium Park. It was a cold and very windy day, but Kendra went along with it. Jordan was waiting on a bridge with candles and roses. It was a picture perfect moment!

The Day & Design

Kendra and Jordan would describe their wedding style as modern. They used lots of green, gold and gray accents in throughout their wedding. Something unique about their special day was that they had a wooden wall to hold bottles of wine for their guest favors that Jordan’s uncle homemade.

The Couple’s Advice

Take your time planning your big day and enjoy it. It’s stressful, but in the end you both will be married and your wedding with be perfect. No matter the size of the group there or the amount of details at the end of the day you get to spend a lifetime with your new husband.
