McKenzie and Matt

McKenzie and Matt met when they were 15 years old and they instantly became close friends. Nearly eight years later, Matt shared his feelings with McKenzie and the couple began dating.

The Day & Design

The couple’s wedding style directly reflected their relationship: simple, natural, and beautiful. They were married on a warm summer day and decided to exchange their vows during the golden hour, just before sunset. The wedding ceremony and reception design was in keeping with the inspiration provided by all of the beautiful colors and textures that Michigan has to offer during the summer months.
